Returns & Exchanges

At Titan Watches, we strive for perfection in every timepiece, but if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the protective film and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Titan account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring you include all warranty cards and authenticity certificates.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package to ensure tracked and insured transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
